CRESTWOOD LAUREATE SCHOLAR AWARDS           Laureate Scholar awards are presented to students who maintain high academic achievement in their courses over a period of time at Crestwood.  Points are awarded for final results as shown below.  All courses are eligible, no matter the grade level or the type of course.  Half courses are given half the points, and 2-credit courses earn double points.  New courses taken at Summer School are also eligible.

POINTS:

Each final result of at least 70% .......................................................1 point

Each final result of at least 80% .......................................................2 points

Each final result of at least 90% .......................................................3 points

Points are totaled after Summer School results are received each year.  Points are cumulative, so the total keeps growing each year.  Every student at Crestwood is tracked for the points that they have earned so far.  This information is available to students at any time, by asking or leaving a note for Mrs. Bryan in the Math Office.  Students coming into Crestwood at a later grade may also be eligible for awards - see Mrs. Bryan.

AWARDS:Our Laureate Scholar Awards are presented at the Awards Assembly in the autumn, and at Commencement for our graduating students.

BRONZE.........total earned points must be at least 23 points                    SILVER...........total earned points must be at least 44 points

GOLD..............total earned points must be at least 65 points

If you think you deserve a Laureate Scholar Award for last year's results, check the list on the office window.  Report any spelling mistakes to Mrs. Bryan by Friday October 13.  Then wait until November for the awards assembly.
