Proudly displayed in the front foyer of Crestwood you will see the following: "Once a Mustang, always a Mustang" Crestwood teachers, secretaries and custodians do the "extras" for the students in their care. Our students benefit from this in a number of ways from the strong academic tradition that Crestwood enjoys to involvement in an extensive co-curricular program. Mustangs historically have been true to our motto "Strive for Excellence". As a school community we set high expectations for our students and work together ( staff, parents and students ) to help students achieve them. All students are encouraged to get involved in the variety of activities that our co-curricular program has to offer. Student Council, Impact Club, Equity & Diversity, Terry Fox, Music Program, Amigos Program, Art, Drama, Dance Club, Video Productions, Intramurals, and of course our many Athletic teams, are examples of some of the opportunities that students at Crestwood can become involved in. All of these activities can help you earn a Duke of Edinburgh Award, which is about striving for excellence as a person within the community. I hope you will get involved early and often! Your participation in the varied aspects of life at Crestwood will help to make your stay in high school an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Mr. J Rielly Principal |
